Refund & Return Policy

All products are sold on a final-sale basis. Due to the nature of our items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or change-of-mind refunds.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery by emailing info@fueledup.ae. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or a video showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once we verify the issue, we will resolve it in line where applicable.

Cancellation Policy

  • Once placed, orders are final and cannot be canceled after they begin processing.

  • If you contact us before processing, cancellation may be possible, but is not guaranteed.

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details and be available to receive orders.

  • If the courier attempts delivery twice but cannot reach you, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

  • If an order is returned because of customer non-availability, repeated rescheduling, or lack of response, we reserve the right to cancel it. In such cases:

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable

    • If you want the item resent, you must pay for a new delivery.
