Where does Fueled Up deliver?

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. We do not ship internationally at the moment.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free on orders of AED 200 and above. Orders under AED 200 pay a flat delivery fee of AED 18.

How fast is delivery?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM are delivered the next day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are delivered the day after. Orders are processed the same business day, and you receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

What payment methods do you accept?

At checkout you can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay. All prices are in AED.

Can I return or exchange an order?

All products are sold on a final-sale basis, so we do not accept returns, exchanges or change-of-mind refunds. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email info@fueledup.ae within 24 to 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos or a video of the issue, and a short description. Full details are in our refund policy.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled once they begin processing. If you contact us before processing starts, cancellation may be possible but is not guaranteed.

What happens if I am not available when the courier arrives?

The courier attempts delivery twice. If they cannot reach you, the package returns to our warehouse and we may cancel the order. In that case shipping fees are non-refundable, and if you want the order sent again you pay for a new delivery.

Which brands does Fueled Up sell?

Which energy gel should I try first?

If you are not sure which flavour or brand suits your stomach, the Enervit C2:1PRO Discovery Pack (AED 108) lets you test six gels: Mango, Lemon with Sodium, Neutral with Sodium, Lime, Orange and Cola with Caffeine.
